遭信號彈攻擊火燒車 警方偵破逮人

高雄警方今天上午宣布偵破昨天發生的火燒車案。警方說，施姓男子駕駛自小客車行經高雄市三多二路時，因行車糾紛遭人丟擲5枚信號彈，造成車輛起火燃燒，車上人員下車逃離所幸無礙，並向警方報案。警方據報立即追蹤調查，鎖定張姓男子及他的余姓友人，2人昨晚到案說明坦承犯行，全案因還有兩名涉案共犯未到案，將於到案後，預定今天下午依違反公共危險及毀損罪嫌，移送高雄地檢署偵辦。
