清水廠技術員的學歷和起薪差異不大。輪三班、周休二日、扣完勞健保、福利金，月實領約29K。年終保障一個月，再依績效考核增加(表現普普也都有1.5個月) 沒有三節獎金，只有發不完、用不完的衛生紙、洗碗精、洗手乳.... 員工旅遊補助9000，福利普普。如果你是在地人，倒是不錯的工作。 (很多同事都是兄弟姊妹一家人、父子檔、母子檔) 如果打算在這裏做到退休，也不是不行，但一定要有額外的收入(兼差、投資理財) 畢竟薪水不低也不高，就是穩而已(經濟不景氣，還是要用衛生紙擦屁股的) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.151.48
