急問！手骨折能否乘坐遊樂設施？

家人上週出車禍手骨折
目前復原良好，醫生也說去東京玩沒問題
因為家人很想去迪士尼玩
不知道綁簡易三角巾，能否乘坐“不刺激”的遊樂設施呢？
像是LAND小小世界那種，維尼那種不知道行不行？
很怕排隊排很久，結果排到的時候被說不能搭乘....
因為週五就要出發了，有點急
所以上來問問大家有沒有人有經驗？
