青年公園附近電梯國宅 30坪管理費才300 房價也很親人公設比也低還可以外推增建幾乎權狀=室內坪數沒有什麼宮廟交通也方便走沒幾步路就中正區青年公園白天很亮很舒服安全晚上也還好清晨我沒去過就不知道了有什麼令人詬病的地方嗎我去過裡面還算乾淨至少牆壁都是白的家家戶戶掛國旗還有馬蕭旗幟住戶外省爺爺居多救護車常停在社區門口感覺就醫很方便有實際住戶分享心得嗎台北市大公園旁有電梯有管理沒宮廟一坪五十真令人心動 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.38.134
