吃日本菜，我通常會去日本時才嘗試，很少走進香港的日本店。「天勝」是例外，當我問輸入日本食材的友人，哪一家進貨最頻密，挑選最奄尖時，他回答是「天勝」，價錢也實在，從此做了它的擁躉。

 


鹽燒喉黑（ NODO KURO）$900 

忽然宣布關門，我感到失落，有天在街上遇到「 FOFO」西班牙餐廳的老闆 SHEILA WONG，說新開了一家壽司店，大廚叫伊藤勝浩，原來就是「天勝」東主。
即刻去吃，地點就在我熟悉的「天地圖書」對面，店不大，裝修得乾淨舒服。
