讀完台灣央行總裁日前發表的公開信，心中感慨萬千！真心希望彭總裁能以台灣百姓為念！因為這是一篇頗值得討論的新聞稿！

貶值是否有助益於經濟，彭總裁總用進口商與出口商角度來說，但這樣的回答，的確格局是小了，因為貶值能做的不只於此！來看看日本吧！

以日本來說，也許國人不清楚，這一年的貶值對日本經濟整體助益有多大？日本內閣府公布的經濟成長率，跟去年同期相比，前三季依序為0.1%、1.2%、2.4%，也就是說隨著日幣從1美元兌換85日幣，變成1美元換成104日幣，經濟成長率幾乎是用翻倍來說！對比相同算法，台灣根據主計總處公布今年實質GDP（國內生產毛額）年增率前三季依序分別為1.44% 2.69% 1.66%，一下高一下低不說，第二季到第三季下跌幅度之大，令人昨舌！
