這次2013 Honda Meeting除了試駕一些已經成熟或者接近成熟的量產車型之外
本田技研還慷慨地跟大家分享他們一些未來的、前瞻性的構想。

這台看似跟普通車型一樣的黑色CR-Z，其實採用了碳纖維一體式車身，整車自重只有800kg，比普通的CR-Z要輕30%，重心要低26mm。

結果加速性能提高了30%，油耗可以降低20%，這的確是一個很好的研究課題。

實際駕駛的感受也非常獨特，轉向時車身的回應極其地靈敏。

另一個是線控轉向技術（Steer-by-wire），這個系統不少汽車品牌也開始涉足，顧名思義就是方向盤跟前輪之間不再像以往那樣通過轉向系統直接連接，而是通過信號傳遞由專門的機構來負責轉向。

採用線控轉向的好處很多，例如減少不必要的路感干擾（當然也有過分削弱路感的嫌疑），以及根據不同行駛狀況靈活調整轉向比例等等。而且未來的想像空間非常廣闊，例如主動轉向避讓，甚至更加長遠的自動駕駛。
