想請教一下關於奢侈稅問題我跟先生婚前各持有一間房分別為 A房：娘家姊弟合購但登記在我名下持有時間4年登記為自用住宅(我戶籍遷入) B房：登記先生名下持有時間15年登記為自用住宅(先生戶籍在此) 但我們於今年初購入C房登記在先生名下時代書有提醒我們若兩年內要賣掉B或C 都會被課奢侈稅當初我們聽的迷迷糊糊的搞不大懂也沒有細究現在因為即將遷入C房(並將先生戶籍遷出B 移入C) 未來也有可能售出我和先生婚前的A、B房所以覺得有必要搞清楚我記得奢侈稅應該是課持有兩年內售出的房子那這樣我們若要賣A、B房理論上應該沒有奢侈稅問題吧？為何代書會說賣B房有問題？是他說錯了嗎？我去google過了但還是搞不大清楚請各位賜教謝謝！ -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.104.76.188
