標題[問題] 公司不放人又不敢撕破臉

9/24跟經理提出離職（工作未滿三個月），經理到今天才跟協理說，公司離職流程是要先跟經理談然後協理再來更上面的主管，今天跟協理談時我跟他說我要做到這個月底，上禮拜已經有跟經理說了，他跟我說要一個月前提離職？？！我問他說未滿三個月不是前一天都可以嗎？他就說他還要再跟主管討論看看才能確定我哪時候可以離職…我真的不想做了，而且房租也到期了，十月真的不能待在這了，很想不顧一切走人，但這個行業（事務所）又很小，怕被傳的很難聽，之後還要做相關工作（已錄取）…大家覺得我該不顧一切走人嗎…還是有什麼比較好的方法呢…謝謝～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.75.165.124 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1412001576.A.8DB.html
