1.來源連結: http://news.chinatimes.com/focus/11050106/122013092800078.html 2.內容: 消費者信心指數 9月升 2013-09-28 01:46 工商時報 【記者陳碧芬／台北報導】 9月份消費者信心指數（CCI）調查，昨（27）日由中大台經中心公布為76.50點 ，與上月比較上升1.17點。就6項指標來看，上升幅度最大為「投資股票時機」 項目，反映出台股一路盤堅激勵散戶，而以購置房產為主的「購買耐久性財貨時 機」指數，也上升到99.05點，創2年新高，非常接近樂觀的100點。 中大台經中心主任吳大任指出，購置房地產是國人最具信心的耐久財消費，根 據信義房屋的市場統計，賣出件數正累積增加，房市價格出現鬆動，買方也多 考量在奢侈稅修法之前出手，在市場資金充沛下，國人投資房地產不會手軟， 房地產市場續被看好。 不過，中大台經中心提醒，此次唯一下降的指標是「未來半年國內經濟景氣」， 本次調查結果為71.00點，適逢這段期間以來，行政院和立法院紛擾不斷，國人 已感受到政爭對於經濟必有影響，若是政爭無解，預估未來半年糾葛的景氣將 難以打開。 3.心得或感想: 這麼嗨？！ 不知道抽樣對象是誰呢 -- 權力，知識，慾望。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.0.161
