想請問有出租經驗的房東們購買收租物件的時候你們會像買自住物件一樣的做一些要求嗎? 然後主要是要考慮投報率還是增值性呢? 又比如說物件附近有一些嫌惡設施 (例如高架橋市場廟宇特種行業加油站變電所等等) 有些甚至可以直接看到雖說不是自住只是出租也沒打算馬上賣但是否會造成日後轉手不易甚至不易出租的問題? 當然不是自己住是比較沒差啦但尋找出租物件到底是不是應該像以前買房自住的心態一樣呢? 看到自己真的滿喜歡缺點自己比較可以接受才出手? 還是只要內部都裝潢好很容易出租甚至都帶租約了投報率不錯就直接買就好? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.51.50 ※ 編輯: seeyoureyes 來自: 1.162.51.50 (09/24 23:33)
