「省議會議員小傳與前傳」出版

台灣省諮議會與國家發展委員會檔案管理局合作整理史料，出版《台灣省議會議員小傳及前傳》，台灣省議會前議長高育仁說，「省議會是台灣民主發展的重要推手，但卻為現代人所淡忘，當時的議員是抱著隨時可能被槍決或監禁的風險在問政。」

他說，「相比現在政黨氣味濃厚的立法院，以前的省參議員之間和氣多了，雖然大家在高壓的環境下問政，卻多了點團結，大家比較能達成共識一起爭取同個目標，少了很多杯葛。」

台灣省諮議長李源泉說，「我們花了3年編撰《台灣省議會議員小傳及前傳》，並花了10年建立省議會的數位資料庫，《台灣省議會議員小傳及前傳》分為上中下共3冊，民眾可以在國家書店買到。」
