269旅沿用看守所管訓 「根本是烏龍禁閉室」

陸軍下士洪仲丘送陸軍二六九旅禁閉室操練卻意外送醫猝死，軍方調查過程有一連串缺失。軍方高層昨天表示，二六九旅禁閉室原先是看守所，沿用看守所「管訓」方式管理，根本就是「烏龍禁閉室」，其他單位十七間禁閉室都沒有這些問題。

軍方高層表示，「洪仲丘案對軍方來說是很大的教訓」，發生這件事情是一連串的錯誤，包括五四二旅旅長沈威志當時接到洪仲丘所傳簡訊時，應該有所警覺，顯見單位主官風險管理觀念不足。
