餐廳名稱：金鐘香港茶餐廳 消費時間：2014年/12月 地址：台北市中正區衡陽路1號 電話：02-2388-1878 營業時間：11:00~21:30 每人平均價位：約350元 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：食神銷魂飯 圖文版：http://pelagcy221.pixnet.net/blog/post/402200206 之前在網路上搜尋北車附近的茶餐廳 其中有一家以前吃過 這次走遠點 到二二八紀念公園來嘗試另外一家 金鐘茶餐廳從臺大醫院站出來後穿過二二八紀念公園就可以看到 櫃檯在一樓 用餐的地方在地下一樓 雖然是這樣 不會有空氣很悶的問題 靠邊邊的座位都有一個香港的地名 桌椅則是跟香港茶餐廳一樣 很有趣 我們點了以下這些東西 還有後來加點的廣東炒飯與炸兩腸粉 蠔油芥藍葉子吃起來很嫩 莖的部分不會過硬很脆 食神銷魂飯是叉燒肉&蛋&青江菜的組合 看似簡單 但是軟嫩的叉燒肉很夠味 有畫龍點晶的效果 奶茶跟香港的很像 茶味比較重 但還是沒有香港那麼重 菠蘿油外酥內軟 外熱內冷的還不錯吃 鮮蝦燒賣雖無特別之處 但表現仍在水準 蘿蔔糕煎得外脆內軟 裡面餡料也不少 叉燒包外層柔軟 內層叉燒肉以蠔油調味 肥瘦適當 廣東炒飯米飯粒粒分明 鹹淡適中 炸兩腸粉的部分 油條炸得清爽無油點會更好 造訪日期~2014/12/05 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.160.235.58 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1418828042.A.32C.html
