怕的就買變壓器，不怕的就繼續用。

我自己買日本水貨(免治馬桶、SOUNDBAR、電子煤油爐)，都是直接用，最久的是免治馬桶用了七年壞了，但不是電壓問題故障，是內部管路漏水。

這種問題沒有標準答案，我沒問題也不代表別人都不會有問題，但從較科學的角度看，台灣的電壓不是絕對110V，電器產品在設計使用上也會有容許值，但精密儀器就算110V在台灣也會裝穩壓器，所以自己決定吧!
