殺警案起訴 2共犯落網交保

台北地檢署今天偵結台北巿刑警薛貞國遭毆致死案，起訴60人。檢警今天另逮捕共犯莊姓及鄭姓男子，經北檢檢察官複訊後，予以交保。

警方組成專案小組追查，日前陸續移送曾威豪等65人，其中5人為少年，移送法院少年法庭，曾威豪等60人當中，其中17人遭檢方聲請羈押獲准。北檢今天上午偵結起訴60人，17名在押被告明天移審法院。

警方今天逮捕本案共犯，莊姓男子及鄭姓男子，經檢察官複訊後，諭知兩人各新台幣10萬元及5萬元交保。
