頂新案 法官高分貝質問代理董事長

頂新飼料油案彰化地檢署今天起訴頂新製油公司前董事長魏應充等七人後，法院接押庭已進行四個多小時。法官訊問頂新製油代理董事長陳茂嘉時，嚴厲的質問陳茂嘉說，你接任後不是為了要確保油品安全，為何去越南訪廠時，只有拍照，沒有採樣？是不是你原本就知道那是飼料油？陳茂嘉很小聲的回答「不是」。

承辦檢察官姚玎霖則對法官補充說，頂新將大幸福公司進口的油品酸價值訂在四，卻把荷蘭進口的油酸價值訂在二點五，且荷蘭實際進口到台灣的豬油酸價值是零點九，頂新明顯對大幸福公司的檢驗標準「太放水」、太寬鬆。
