高中職跟大學的生態並不同
高中職還是以升學為主，基本上並不注重學生的課外活動
高中職雖說有班聯會這類的學生自治組織存在，問題是這類組織的運作經常也是受限制的，一切還是學校說了算

大學則有學生會、系學會甚至是院聯會等等學生自治組織的存在，因為大學生都已經成年，能夠承擔法律上的責任，所以大學的社團與學生活動基本上是不受限制的，只要經費充足、帳目清楚、符合法規，學生自治組織愛辦幾場演唱會就辦幾場（當然不太可能一整年的經費都用在辦演唱會啦），學校也只能做輔導，而不是介入管理
