wifi能透過軟體更新就修好嗎?

最近去中華電信送修一台5C
收件後過沒幾天直接原機送回
就是wifi在沒關的情況下
有時會突然網路不能連
通常關掉再打開就可以連
嚴重則要重開才能抓到(遇過幾次不是常碰到)
櫃檯說工程師有把軟體更新就弄好了
給我下面這張單
所以wifi是能透過軟體更新就好了嗎?
送修後情況不確定有沒有改善
因為之前不是常遇到
