和美志忠公司進頂新油　製「香蔥油」

彰化縣衛生局追查正義問題油品下游業者，發現彰化和美鎮志忠有限公司進口頂新集團出貨的油品，共48650公斤，志忠公司用來製作「香蔥油」產品。衛生局長葉彥伯說，此業者不願意公布他的下游名單，將依食品安全衛生管理法規避調查，將開罰3萬至300萬元。

葉彥伯表示，志忠公司進貨頂新的「100%豬油」5桶(180公斤/桶)及「配方豬油」散裝油品47750公斤，總計為48650公斤，已全面封存。

葉彥伯說，目前持續監督轄區內盤商、原料商下架回收頂新公司問題油品，至今封存旗下的正義豬油、維力香豬油、正義特級瑪琪琳及頂新疑涉違規油品等產品計987桶，達14190公斤，彰化縣衛生局仍持續調查頂新問題油品。
