嗨，我是马来西亚来的，将会在11月来台湾游玩。想请问交通方面，搭乘火车需要提前预订购吗？还是可以当天在车站时购票呢？
还有台北和宜兰的所有交通（捷运，公车，客运）都可使用悠游卡吗？
