[閒聊] 紓發讀書壓力或與板友互動，勿濫用此選項挑釁、引戰，或漫無邊際用此選項發文。一直以為103開始高普考實施不占缺訓練結果好像是104年開始一直很好奇一件事情，雖然看過銓敘部訓練辦法第27&29條相關法令還是希望用點白話文詢問一下.. 102年以前考上並無綁約問題之現職人員若再考同等或更高等考試有幸路錄取，訓練辦法參照佔缺訓練，也就是說這邊的方式不是很懂...這些佔缺訓練人員若是佔缺是佔啥缺.. 現職的缺? 考上後的缺? 1.佔現職缺--->難道有可能向原單位請公假去基礎訓嗎????(會黑) 2.佔新單位缺-->根本還沒填新單位怎佔缺，難道有可能（佔缺人員先選單位）　　　　　　　　（不佔缺人員訓練完畢後再填剩下單位??) 3.直接去新單位報到只進行實務訓練4個月(但這邊還是沒解決填入新單位的問題) 銓敘部以及考試院只用103年7.01號的法令修正公布後就沒再多說明了.. 因此很好奇後來結果如何... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.160.119.101 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1411122887.A.31D.html
