飲食界近期掀起 tapas概念，不光是西班牙菜，日本韓國泰國菜，都標榜細碟＋美酒。藏身跑馬地隱蔽橫街，全店漆黑裝潢的「明」，走的正是這路線。

 

名字熟口熟面，原來是年前結業的銅鑼灣人氣串燒店「明串燒」，重出江湖，夥拍前洲際行政總廚、日本大廚 Tonoyama Mitsuo，一同創作超過 40多款日式小碟。
