代PO 朋友不願現本尊 公司:VIA 職位:Digital RD 年資:新人~研替三年 工時:周一到周五 9:30 ~ 18:45 (不含午休滿八小即可) 底薪:45k x 12= 54W (調薪每年3~5%) 分紅:NA 年終:1.5~3(第一年還不滿14...) 年薪:新人約60W 三年年資約70W 心得:據說上班氣氛蠻輕鬆的 相對的福利就如上 前股王不知道虧損好幾年了不可能有分紅 (員工抱怨董事長拿VIA的錢買HTC股票 沒錢分紅發年終) 適合有穩定家庭的員工 養老 年輕人除非你想炒股或是養身體很適合這環境 想要賺錢成家買車的 三思而後行 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.228.245.68 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1408892030.A.08C.html
