求助~新買的雷射印表機出現黑線!

今天剛拿到新買的雷射印表機brother HL-1100
剛開始列印前幾張都還很正常，只是文字變得比較細(跟噴墨相比)
可是印到第八張以後開始出現了垂直的黑線(如下圖)，
之後的幾張都會出現，而且都在同一個位置，
我是買到瑕疵品了嗎？
因為我是在網路買地現在還可以換貨，
請問如果我換貨了，如果還出現這樣的情形，之後可以退費嗎？
