和小六女嘗禁果 賠68萬獲緩刑

新竹市22歲陳姓男大生，從網路聊天室認識讀小六的少女，相約到旅館約會，2度發生性行為，少女離家出走，父親查覺女兒交男友，少女供出已獻出初夜，父親很生氣，報警處理。陳姓男大生自知理虧，雙方以68萬達成民事和解，獲被害人諒解。新竹地院今天依妨害性自主罪，判陳姓男大生1年10個月徒刑，緩刑4年。
