我不知道能不能po在這裡 若不行的話 請告訴我 我會刪文 我父親多年前有買一間一樓的公寓在師大商圈那附近 一直以來他都是隔成雅房租人 可最近 房子很難租 他空的房間越來越多 我分析了一下他難租的原因 (1)老舊 雖然都有油漆 但就是舊舊的 連家具也是舊舊的 (2)暗房 我爸的房子是公寓的一樓 所以多是暗房 很多人在意沒窗戶 沒陽光 最近好幾組人來看房子 可就是沒租出去 我今天跟他建議 (1)重新裝潢 趁現在沒房客 正是重新裝潢的好時間 但老人家捨不得花錢 (2)改租給公司 我爸說 租給公司要打掉一堆牆 不方便 而且一種行業要一種格局 很麻煩的 可我覺得他這樣下去好像也不是辦法 因為租也租不出去 一直白跑 總要有些改變吧 那房子的房租就是他的退休金 他不可能會賣的 所以請教板上各位高手 請問如果不賣 除了我提的兩種方式之外 還有其他更好的解決辦法嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.168.59.246 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1401963097.A.C44.html
