我在5/23 到某處經銷商下單買領牌車 當場用信用卡刷了2萬訂金 並把雙證件交出去 然後業代也給了我一張訂車單據 後來當天我反悔不想買了 當天傍晚又回去講明退訂，並把雙證件拿回 而業代說由於是刷卡，所以無法當場退回2萬給我 他們需要作業時間 而那時當下 業代並沒有要求我把訂車單據還回去 而且也沒有在任何文件簽署說要退訂 就回去了 結果我今天要回去拿回訂金時 業代要求我需要退還那張訂車單據 他們需要那張訂車單據才能跑流程.... 否則會有困難.... 可是那張訂車單據我已經丟了... 請問業代的說法合理嗎? 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.249.64.191 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1401964483.A.DC6.html
