標題[請益] 請問這是屬於哪一種業界?

近年來有很多日本的餐廳或企業 直接來台灣開分店 例如拉麵店...餐廳 等等 想請問 這些外國企業來台灣展店時 都是找台灣的哪些公司(或人?)來幫忙設點和準備台灣方面的營運呢? 當然日方母公司一定會派人來勘查 但是台灣這邊一定有人支援或是作中間的橋樑 台灣這邊一開始要怎麼籌備呢? 這種工作或行業叫什麼呢? 應該不會只是單純找翻譯...
