想請問各位前輩，幾個退稅問題：
~狀況：在義大利購物，最後在法國巴黎出境！~

1.【蓋海關章/刷電子退稅單條碼】
a.請問這是兩者擇一嗎？
是說，假如，已經排隊去蓋海關章，就不用去刷電子退稅單條碼嗎？

b.此外，請問以上退稅動作，是要【在義大利最後離開的機場海關蓋章】嗎？
還是可以到【巴黎的機場海關再蓋章】？

2.【放入信封密封寄出】
a.請問是在義大利的機場寄出？還是巴黎的機場寄出？
信封資料是所謂寄回去原購物的商店嗎？

哈~不好意思！我也有在論壇搜了許多文章，
