餐飲業界對人手需求持續，麵包店更時有新店開張，對人手有一定需求，有見及此，港九勞工社團聯會舉辦了包餅製作員基礎證書課程，讓對這行有興趣的人士報讀，了解製作包餅程序，加深了解，成功就業。

 


謝繼裕師傅在堂上示範使用焗爐、火槍、打蛋器等工具，之後會讓學員使用。
