剛剛在看信託法對於第76條讀不太懂法條內容如下: 第三十五條第一項第三款、第三十六條第二項、第三項、第四十五條第二項、第四十六條、第五十六條至第五十九條所定法院之權限，於公益信託由目的事業主管機關行之。但第三十六條第二項、第三項、第四十五條第二項及第四十六條所定之權限，目的事業主管機關亦得依職權為之。問題：由目的事業主管機關行之　和　目的事業主管機關亦得依職權為之。有何不同呢？一直讀不太懂語意：（　　謝謝大家～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.187.103.110
