二次彈劾黃世銘人數湊不足暫取消

監察院彈劾黃世銘案，主查監委洪德旋、吳豐山已確定提出2次彈劾。監察院秘書處在6日發出彈劾審查會通知，結果被通知「輪派」參加彈劾會的監委中，監委余騰芳表示要迴避，另有人表示當天要約詢官員，有人表示要出國，不克參加；調查監委衡酌開會人數可能不足而流會，原定10日召開的彈劾審查會，已通知延後召開。

相關人士表示，扣除首次參加彈劾會的10名監委，第2次彈劾會可能輪派的監委有林鉅鋃、黃武次、馬以工、程仁宏、馬秀如、葉耀鵬、陳健民、楊美鈴、周陽山、葛永光、劉玉山、高鳳仙、黃煌雄、趙榮耀。

據了解，依監察法相關規定，彈劾會召開的門檻，最低為9人，最多為13人。
