轉貼 蘋果找來諾基亞：與三星「秋後算賬」

蘋果與三星的專利惡戰從未結束過，而據最新消息，日前蘋果又叫來了幫手——擁有專利無數的諾基亞，兩大專利巨頭一起來打擊三星。

原來，在早前的訴訟中，三星以及其律師「不小心」洩露了蘋果與諾基亞、愛立信以及飛利浦等公司的專利授權協議文件。為此，蘋果才找來諾基亞，聯手來與三星「秋後算賬」。

三星方面表示，自己洩露這些文件是無意之舉，而且洩露也並未造成不良後果，因此蘋果反應似乎有些過度。另外，三星還反唇相譏，稱蘋果同樣洩露過關於谷歌Android源代碼的文件。

儘管三星持反對意見，但是蘋果還是將三星訴諸了美國法庭，而諾基亞則將三星的律師事務所告上去。

春秋時期無義戰。巨頭的大戰還在繼續，究竟誰更佔理，你來我往之中，已經很難講清。
