暴力討債罪證不足 竹聯幫大姊頭不起訴

竹聯幫大姊頭蔣美燕被控與平堂堂主田鎮宇等人經營錢莊與暴力討債，涉犯組織犯罪、恐嚇取財等罪，台北地檢署調查後，認為警方移送罪證不足，無法證明蔣女有從事組織犯罪活動，26日對蔣女和田處分不起訴。

檢方偵辦期間，發現蔣美燕今年初前往某皮膚科診所看診時，拿知名髮型設計師陸小曼（本名吳依霖）的健保卡冒名看診，另案偵辦偽造文書罪。
