標題[問題] 請問香港人可否考台灣司法特考

香港朋友問我，如果他要考台灣的司法官特考，要具備什麼資格。 (我知道很難考，但還是幫他問問) 我的認知是，要是中華民國籍，國內外大學法律系或非法律系，但修習過一定的法律學分。 問題來了，如果在外國大學，要怎麼樣修到我國的民法、憲法??? 而且，這是應考資格，如果考上了，是不是只能保有中國民國的國籍。 要放棄香港(或英國籍)??才能任官 不知我的回答對不對?? 煩請有空的先進幫忙一下!! 謝恩!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.90.197
