升級 windows 8.1版疑問

一直使用XP版本，對於window8用的不是很習慣
知道可以升級windows 8.1版，新聞還寫著

"微軟Windows 8.1作業系統最重要的改變在於，回覆傳統Windows介面的「開始鍵」，也算是微軟呼應消費者心聲的重要改變"

花了兩個多小時更新，結果發現開完機出現這個畫面
