自決定在林口購屋置產後, 目前鎖定以下幾個建案,全新及中古皆有, 雖說已經在網路上查了些資料但還是想聽聽板上各位前輩的建議 1.新建案: 昱揚上品苑雖然路口有汽車旅館不過我是不太在意格局個人覺得ok 建商評價也不錯但只剩55坪以上的房型低樓層要配雙車位高樓層單價高估計30~32/p 車位130 缺點大概是周邊機能普普離捷運站也遠 2.中古屋: (1)一品馥麗: 先前的評價很不錯, 不過小弟看上的case剛好在車道上方不知道上下班時間會不會很吵及是否有廢氣的問題 (2)竹城建設(琦玉,佐賀) (3)遠雄未來城or未來係列: 開價極高, 但家人很喜歡= = 公設齊全,離捷運站及中商36也近,感覺保值性頗佳個人目前是傾向買忠孝路至仁愛路間的房子(預算1200~1500) 找了3個月, 甚是累人, 但深覺得買到中意的房子很重要就麻煩前輩針對上述幾個建案給予建議亦歡迎房仲朋友推薦建案若不方便回文亦可站內信聯絡謝謝大家! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.184.148
