標題[問題] 地籍圖重測之土地增減

請問現在政府進行的地籍圖重新量測土地量測後結果不認權狀皆依現場為準 1. 假設量測A&B相鄰之地後 A少10坪，B平白多了10坪，之後政府重新寄送新權狀，舊權狀失效那A過去30多年多繳10坪之稅金+遺產稅等於白費? B無償獲得10坪!過去少繳的稅金不用補給A? 2. 還有就是最近有情況是C&D相鄰之地 C買了一物件，結果重測後變成佔用D的地，還要再額外付一筆錢給D C等於付出二筆費用以上這些狀況依現況來說都是正常的? A、C有辦法保住自己的物件嗎? 平白免費得到土地的人不會吐出來，也不用補貼給減少的人另外土地減少的人多繳幾十年的心酸稅金也是無奈看到路邊重測常常起爭執，吵的通常是有減少的人.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.179.228
