上「婉君」課，總統：不能再抱殘守缺

為了強化網路、民眾溝通，總統府今天上午邀請和沛科技執行長翟本喬、Open Data╱TW站長張維志等人進府，主談資通訊發展趨勢、政府open data的挑戰和機會、網路新媒體時代等議題，三小時課程馬總統將全程參與，總統府和國安會科長級以上主管也都出席。

馬總統致詞揩出，十年多來許多年輕朋友利用網路團結力量、推動改革，如今網路力量已開始主導人民生活，政府如不重視，一定會出現雙輸局面。

馬總統說，如今網路時代，如要維持前進，就必須以兩倍速度來跑，「不能再抱殘守缺!」
