房子久沒住會怎麼樣嗎?

因為好像找不到合適的板，只能PO這邊看看，希望大家能幫幫忙XD

事情是這樣的，小弟原本住中部，不過今年開始要北上工作一段時間

大概2年內不會回來，不過有點麻煩的是我的房子

我住的是電梯大樓，前陣子剛裝潢完(沒想到就要離家了)

目前不想租人(萬一怕遇到不好的很麻煩，身邊也沒親友要租)

現在只能利用周休回去住一下，平均一個月回家兩次吧...

請問

1.這樣房子算常常空著嗎?有沒有哪裡需要注意?

2.聽說房子常常沒人住會聚陰(EX:住進不該進去的東西!?) 我最擔心這個了
