朱立倫到彰化 要成立黨部雙庫

新北市長朱立倫的國民黨主席補選競選行程，今天下午跑到彰化市，上千名國民黨員在說明會場南郭國小歡迎他。朱立倫發表政見時表示，國民黨改革要從「心」開始，不能只聽專家學者意見，不能只看政治明星，國民黨要運用科技用網路和民心連在一起，日後曾經擔任公職的資深黨員收集基層民意，形成真正了解地方的「智庫」，並從基層開始培養人才建立「人才庫」，國民黨才有希望和機會。
