住宿期間115至225。

房子位在市區，往哪邊都方便，不需要使用到交通工具（僅限於市區活動的話）,位在vivian st close to taranaki st. Briscoes對面
有其他兩個台灣室友，房子大設備新，陽光充足，價錢合理。
一週只需要180包含網路不限流量，電費另計，價錢可議。

非常適合二三月要來這邊念書，想要找時間住短期住宿卻不用擔心家具，拎包即住。
也適合短期打工住宿的背包客。
入住日期也可討論。
