標題[請益] 坪林的土地價值

想要跟各位請教一下坪林區的土地價值 因為長輩想賣一塊坪林的土地 但又不是很確定現在那塊地的價值 地目是林地，約800多平方公尺 在水源保護區裡 上面有日據時代的舊房子 但是已經倒到牆面剩下約90公分高 而且因為沒有整理，所以被草淹沒 地旁邊有河流經過 下高速公路後開車10分鐘可以到 但車子沒辦法直接開到舊房子遺址門口 需下車走一段 據長輩打聽的消息是坪林只要地上有舊房子 就算不是建地，價格也會比其他非建地的地較好 再加上又有再說坪林可能會解除限建的事情 所以不知道開價在哪個區間比較適合呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.130.11.160 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1416757766.A.B14.html
