剛過立冬，雖然時有寒風蕭瑟，但仍餘留秋的暖意。「秋風起，蟹腳癢；菊花開，聞蟹來」，今年適逢閏九月，深秋初冬更是大閘蟹最肥美的「黃金時代」，愛蟹人士難免大快朵頤。

 

何時食蟹，食何種蟹也有講究。俗話有云：「九雌十雄」。農曆九月母蟹卵滿，蟹黃鮮香，十月公蟹黃肥膏白，口感圓潤。哪種好吃，則在於各人口味，因人而異。
