最近親戚遇到一個購屋問題想請教大家這問題有解嗎？當初簽斡旋時親戚有問貸400萬的話一個月要付多少利息親戚自己算了一下覺得付擔得起就下斡了後來有談成也簽了買賣合約並支付第一期定金代書也把貸款資料送到銀行審查結果後來銀行打來告知的月付金額比當初講的多了近3000塊由於親戚是單親扶養二個小孩任何花費都要抓得很緊所以多的這三千塊對他來說有點多打去向仲介詢問仲介也只說當初只是推估說銀行有核貸的話就不能解約 (通話過程都有錄音) 請教各位我親戚完全沒有可以解決的管道嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.171.197.73 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1414228683.A.E67.html ※ 編輯: bmw7 (118.171.197.73), 10/25/2014 17:19:13
