食安問題影響 民眾恐慌指數75分

食品安全連環爆，民眾人心惶惶，根據1111人力銀行調查，高達47％上班族感到恐慌，34％害怕、14％焦慮、5％感到不安，僅0.4％沒受影響，食安問題讓民眾的恐慌指數高達75分。

調查顯示，超過八成的受訪者曾吃過問題商品，其中吃最多的是黑心豬油、棉籽油、塑化劑。為了不再碰到地雷食品，食安危機之後，超過9成的上班族改變飲食習慣，56％的人表示，會減少外食或自己下廚，47％改吃清淡食物，也有28％的人透過加強運動、健身來排毒，其它如烹煮少油菜色、自製食材、增加健檢頻率等，都是民眾因應食安問題的解決之道。
