標題[問題] 賣屋後款項問題

想請問的是家中有間房子登記在哥哥名下 現在打算賣掉 但因為房子本身還有房貸 以及設定抵押權 目前有與房仲接洽 房仲說可找到買主先塗銷抵押權 再賣出 然後返還所有房貸後 再將錢匯到父親帳戶 因為這房子父母投入大量金額 想要賣出時多少拿回一些錢! 請問拿得回來嗎? 賣屋返還房貸後剩餘金額一定要匯到屋主戶頭? 還是可以在賣屋前 先訂定契約以確保父親的權益呢? 賣屋前有甚麼方法 避免兄長再拿房子動手腳?以及 這樣的房子在委託房仲買賣需 注意什麼?謝謝回答~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 120.127.97.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1412664544.A.018.html
