美食展賣水冷機 消保官：不滿意可退

有消費者投訴，在逛美食休閒展時，購買水冷機，但收到產品後不滿意要求退費，卻遭店家卻拒絕；中市消保官今天指出，既然名目是「美食休閒展」，以此吸引消費者前往，販售商品卻是與美食休閒無關的家電用品，即屬消保法所稱的「訪問買賣」，消費者得於收到貨後7日內無條件解約退換貨。

康馨壬說，依先前稽查旅展的經驗，有些策展機構因無法招足展覽主題類別的廠商，以其他廠商補足所餘攤位，與主題完全無關，因此消費者若在展場中購買與展覽主題明顯無關商品或服務，消費者即得依消保法第19條規定，在收到商品或服務後7日內行使無條件解約權，要求業者解約退費。
