遠傳太離譜了!!!!

我知道現在發這個文可能有點晚了，但我不得不說遠傳太離譜了!!
本人在今年的3月30日到了基隆仁五直營門市，續約購入了IPHONE 5S金色16G手機(手機的紙盒上有寫16金的字樣，起初我想說因該只是為了要確認手機什麼容量跟顏色而已)
到了7月底無聊間拿起盒子與手機的IMEI對了一下兩組序號都對不起來，開始跟遠傳客服連絡，客服說要拿去原門市處理，本人在八月初到了原門市處理，店長也一直跟我"口頭保證"說這支手機一定是新機，突然想起來說外盒上為何寫了16金的字樣，於是乎問了店長，店長卻說"我也不知道為何有16金的字樣"(心理想說這個店長都沒辦法解除我的疑惑)，店長說要優惠我一個月的帳單(也不想繼續跟他盧下去所以就答應了)
九月初的時後在APPLE的官網查詢手機的保固，發現手上的5S保固只到今年的12月17日當下撥了客服，客服也請門市店長回電給我，一天!二天!三天!四天!五天!店長一直沒打電話來，又打了一次客服(感覺客服都快認出我是誰了)客服也立即處理，過了幾天客服主管連絡我說要替我更換一支全新的5S!
